Fish and chicken don't really substitute.<br /><br />If's it's been more that 1 day I start to get grumpy, moody, male pms.<br />If I have I good red bloody meat meal I can actually skip a whole days eating no problem.<br /><br />I'v realised that thats what my body craves so I feed my monster. When I give in and eat the chips roll or cardbaord pseudo burger I just don't get the same kick, this processed soya saw dust shit doesn't cut it.<br /><br />I think I operate best as a carnivore. Don't even need veg, except the occassional sald leaf which may decorate my plate.
